Double-check your delivery address and any instructions before confirming your order — Psalm is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, and any re-shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense.

PURCHASE PRICE

All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. For international customers, prices will be converted using our integrated currency converter — please note, your bank’s final conversion rate may differ slightly.

Psalm reserves the right to update or change pricing at any time without prior notice.

PAYMENT

Psalm accepts payment via credit card (Visa & Mastercard), PayPal, and AfterPay.

Once your payment has been successfully processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your invoice and order details.

PRE-ORDER TERMS

By placing a pre-order with Psalm, you agree to the following terms:

Pre-orders will be accepted for a limited period of two weeks. Once this period concludes, no further pre-orders will be accepted, and the collection will be available for regular purchase (if stock allows).

All pre-ordered items will be shipped after the pre-order period ends. The expected shipping date for pre-orders is 4-5 weeks from the closing of the window. While we aim to fulfill orders on time, please allow for potential production or shipping delays.

Full payment is required when placing a pre-order. Your payment will be processed immediately, and once the pre-order is placed, cancellations are not accepted, unless the item becomes out of stock or there are production issues.

Pre-orders are subject to product availability. If an item becomes unavailable during the pre-order period, we will notify you and offer an alternative product or refund the payment for that item.

We will ship pre-order items as soon as they are available. While we aim to dispatch all pre-order items by June, delays may occur. Shipping times vary, but domestic orders are expected to arrive within [1-3] business days and international orders within (7-14) business days.

Once a pre-order is placed, changes to the order (such as size, color, or items) cannot be made. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled after purchase, except if we are unable to fulfill the order. If we are unable to complete your order, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

PROCESSING OF ORDERS

All orders are processed on business days — Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Melbourne, Australia.

Once your order has been packed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow its journey to you.

SHIPPING

Within Australia:

We ship all Australian orders via Australia Post. Orders placed on a business day before 10am AEST are usually shipped the same day. While we can't guarantee exact delivery times, you can expect your order to arrive within 1-3 business days.

International:

We ship to most international destinations. A full list of available countries can be found on our Shipping page. International deliveries generally arrive within 7-14 days. If your order hasn’t arrived within this timeframe, please reach out with your full name and order number, and we’ll investigate on your behalf.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

Psalm reserves the right to cancel your order if, for any reason, we are unable to fulfill the products you’ve requested. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Please note, you will not be entitled to any additional compensation, loss of time, or any other consequential damages as a result of the cancellation.
